About the Artist
Born and raised in SoCal “Ugly” Bishop Walker has been tattooing since 1996. He brought his talent to the east coast in 2004 which is when he started tattooing professionally in the Fredericksburg area. He is both a professional and an artist who takes pride in a pristine, efficient shop. He has become a local legend for his excellent work as his attention to fine details and preference for custom designs sets his tattoos apart from other artists in the region.
Through out Ugly Bishops career, he has worked with some amazing tattoo artists that have been a motivation for him. He has also apprenticed several tattoo artists. Some of which own their own Tattoo shops around the area. Bishop loves to see people learn and grow. And just to be a part of their growth keeps him growing as well.

Ugly has a variety of tattoo styles that he executes. Everything from fine line black and gray to American traditional color to traditional Japanese tattoos as well as some awesome script lettering. He has blended a west coast traditional “Chicano “ style and a traditional style to create his own look.

Do you offer piercings?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not.
How old do I have to be to get tattooed?
You must be at least 16 with a state, federally issued photo ID, or a school photo ID with a birth certificate. Parent or legal guardian must have a state or federally issued photo ID that has matching last name. Guardian must be present at the time of the appointment.
What are your hours?
We are appointment only so our hours will vary based on our scheduled daily appointments. if you would like to get work done at a specific time don’t hesitate to ask.
Do you offer consultations?
They are always free and highly recommended. Available as walk-ins, but it helps to call/message ahead of time to make sure that Bishop is available to talk with you.
How do I make an appointment?
Through social media or our website. Your appointment will require a non-refundable deposit. If you must cancel your appointment, you can reschedule it one time free of charge, and your deposit will transfer to your reschedule date (up to one calendar year). No call or no show and your deposit will be canceled. Deposits are $60 for smaller tattoos and $100 for multi-session tattoos.
How much do tattoos cost?
$60 minimum or $150 an hour. In some instances, we can give a set price for the piece.
